The efficient running of meets relies on volunteers fulfilling their allocated duties, and each meet requires approximately 215 volunteer roles to be filled. Please look carefully over the weekly roster files from the selection box below.
If you are not highlighted for a centre duty, you are expected to assist as an official, duty crew member or fill any void on the day.
Please note that these files are constantly updated.
Please refer to your Age Group Manager (AGM) directly via WhatsApp. It is the responsibility of age groups (i.e. U8 parents) to liaise with each other prior to each meet to organise their own rostering for meets. All parents not rostered for centre duties are expected to support age-grouped duties.
It is the responsibility of teams (i.e. Start Marshalls) to liaise with each other prior to each meet. Communication between duty members for Centre Duty roles will be managed directly via groups in WhatsApp (i.e. Starter team deciding who will start for which events on a given meet).
If you know you will be away, it is the responsibility of those on Centre Duty to arrange a swap well in advance of each meet. Please use the WhatsApp group to organise your replacement. Once your replacement is organised please contact the inbox here and we will make the relevant change on the specific date you have highlighted.
At short notice, 24 hours prior to each meet, and you can’t find a replacement contact us directly here.
Any highlighted names with a strikethrough (e.g. name) have been submitted at short notice (with no replacement) and will need to be organised on the day.
