Please look carefully over the weekly roster file below.

If you are not highlighted for a centre duty, you are expected to assist as an official, duty crew member or fill any void on the day.

Please note that these files are constantly updated.

Centre Duties Unavailability

The efficient running of meets relies on volunteers fulfilling their allocated duties, and each meet requires approximately 215 volunteer roles to be filled.

Prior notice of unavailabilities:

If this is the case, please organise a replacement well in advance, prior to the meet.
Once your replacement is organised please contact SLACC here and notify us of the replacement and we will have this changed.

If there is no replacement at short notice

At short notice, 24 hours prior to each meet, and you can’t find a replacement contact us directly here.

Any highlighted names with a strikethrough (e.g. name) have been submitted at short notice (with no replacement) and will need to be organised on the day.
